The Pastoral Fellowship and Coordinating Centre (PFCC) is a church department responsible for coordinating the cell system and fellowship centres and is committed to the vision of the ministry of ensuring that they live up their expectation, adhering to standards and maintaining a vision minded principle of unstaggering commitment.

The PFCC serves as conduit between the pastorate and the leaders, committed to training and development for effective and efficient leadership disposition. 

The PFCC shoulders other responsibilities, like the coordination of:

1. The Foundation School,
2. The Children's Ministry,
3. The First Timers' Ministry,
4. The Prisons' Ministry,
5. The Helps Ministry,
6. The Counseling Department,
7. The Ushers Department,
8. The Music Department and
9. The Follow Up Unit.

The PFCC also coordinate activities like the Baptismal Class, Baby Dedication and Marriages. Because of its scope and responsibilities, the Department is often times called the People’s Department.
